Terrible Customer Experience

The customer service at this dealership is nonsense (more specifically from Vusi from their pre-owned section).

I got in touch with the dealership after seeing a car they were selling and i was referred to Vusi. He was just excited to make a sale, he called me instantly and whatsapped me pictures. He kept checking on me but the moment i told him that i wanted to source my own financing, he took his time to get back to me and then disappeared. I just found out today that the car has been sold.

My issue is that he confirmed that there wasn't anyone else being sold the car currently but he didn't have the decency to contact me and update me as i was really interested in the vehicle.
