Poor after-sales service

On 17 June 2026, I purchased a trade-in Hyundai i20 from VW McCarthy Arcadia and collected it on 20 June 2026. Upon collecting the vehicle, I noticed several defects and immediately brought them to the salesperson’s attention. I was assured that I could take delivery of the vehicle and that the necessary parts would be ordered to repair the defects. However, two months later, no repairs have been carried out, and I have received no meaningful assistance or communication from the dealership.
