Pathetic service

I sent my car (Polo) to VW ìn witbank on the 30th March this year after it had a problem that it doesn't want to select gears. They told me they will diagnose the car and let me know what is the problem and if warranty will cover. Since then I never received a single phone call from them. On the 1st April I phoned and was transferred to speak to the guy by the name of Bafana and he claimed to have called me on the number I do not know. He anyway confirmed that the problem is clutch and warranty will cover. Is been a week now I am still waiting and they are saying nothing. I phoned them again today they took my number that they will call me but nothing. Their service is absolutely pathetic and frustrating.
