Appalled and demeaning service!

I'm outrageously dissatisfied by the demeaning service that I received today (06/07/2022) at Bidvest McCarthy Vw Arcadia.

I had previously came on Friday (01/07/2022), to get my car's rearview camera diagnosed and fixed, as I had previously spoke with the service advisor (Michael Mlangeni) that had previously assisted me when took in the car for a minor service. He (Michael Mlangeni) than said that he would need to log in an appointment with the Lady that deals with accessories in their department, so I may come back either on Tuesday or Wednesday to get it fixed and I should come early.

I got to VW Arcadia just before 9:00 a.m, I than asked to speak with the service advisor that I had previously been assisted by. I handed him the keys and left, I than came back just after 11:00 a.m as I had not received a call that they are done. I than went to Michael and asked if they were done and he told me that they aren't done, and I went back to the waiting area. I asked Michael again after an hour or so, if they were done and he said that he will check with the 'mechanic' and he came back and told me that they were not done. I went back and sat again, at 12:54 p.m I than asked Michael to check whether they were done or not and if they were not done, they should give me back my car as it's evident that they were not willing to assist me.

If this paints a clear indication of how VW mistreats their customers, than I truly regret buying into the brand. I have never received such appalling and distasteful service in my life.
