THE WORST EXPERIENCE JUST TO BOOK

Going here as a new customer i am shocked at the horrific service so far just to get a booking. ! completed the application on the website and all it says is check your email, 2 days later received nothing!. So i try a customer contact on the site with exactly the same outcome. DONT EVEN BOTHER TRYING TO COMMUNICATE DIGITALLY! So today i call to make a booking and a lady who can barely understand me tries to assist. I had to revert to looking up and using phonetics to convey my details to her. I AM HORRIFIED need i say. All i can beg is that the mechanics can actually do their job and service my car. I am seriously doubting my decision to go here.
