Car service booking

The poor service I received yesterday when I went to book for my mom's car for service. My mom is old on Monday she called and was on hold for more than 10 minutes. I decided to go in person the lady who was assisting me was rude. Doesn't Renault have the facility to check if the vehicle is still under service or maintanance plan instead she said she won't check for me
