Worst disgusting customer service received
I would like to lodge a complaint about the reject car I was sold by one your consultants Andiswa Buqa in November 2018. She lady has really failed me.
I walked in your dealership on a Wednesday morning with a pre approval from the bank of a Nissan Juke. As I walked in the lady welcomed me and was impressed with her smile. Told her I am actually looking at buying a car Nissan Juke in particular but unfortunately there one that on the floor was already sold or something and it was the only one available. I was kind of disappointed she then walked me around and showed me the Audi A4 she asked to get inside and check it out. She told me all the good things I wanted to hear about it and was eventually convinced and forgot about the Nissan Juke I so badly wanted to own. Not knowing that I'm being sold a reject car!!...how sad! What saddens me the most is the fact that I feel she took advantage of me consdering the fact that I am lady and we obviously don't know much about cars and didn't ask the right questions. She made me fall inlove with the car and not even a mention about the faults which I am going to list below. Really?? From my experience with salespeople in the shops. I would get into a shop and I would be told that "madam, if you are interested in buying this bag just be aware that its not a GENUINE leather and I would buy it knowing its not GENUINE leather bag. Also when I bought my first car, the sales person told me the pro and cons about buying the car. I would have expected the same with Andiswa.
The guy who sits next to him also assisted her as she was kind of new and also mentioned all the good things I wanted to hear as a customer in order to buy the car. I honestly feel, I was made to buy the car so the dealer can get rid of it so that I incur all the costs of repairing it. I don't even think this car was sent for checks as I did not see the Dekra report. How could the car be released to me without the Dekra Report. This is *********.
Fast forward. A day later, I noticed that the car was on empty. I mean really? A drive from Malibongwe to Bellairs Drive would have swallowed the petrol of R250 as they claimed. Also CD shuttle was not working. I then decided to drive to the dealership and some guy who is in a Senior position claimed that he had poured petrol the previous day but he eventually gave me the receipt to pour fuel at the BP garage. With regards to the CD shuttle and Bluetooth he referred me to go to the Audi Dealership. The Bluetooth was set up but CD shuttle is still not working as I have to continuously fork money every month to sort out a problem with the car. Fast forward. Few weeks later I noticed that car keeps alerting me to put oil in the car. When I went to collect my disc from Andiswa in December I mentioned it and all she said was referring me to the Audi Dealership. Went to Audi and they told me about a thousands of rands that I had to fork out just for them to check what the problem could be. I kept calling Andiswa about the issuing I'm experiencing with the car. She kept telling me that Audi would be able to sort them out. In January I realised all the tyres were actually old and worn out and I had to replace all 4 of them in JANUARY. Decided not to bother Andiswa anymore until again I encountered another problem. I then decided to contact her because it seems like every month I have to fork out money to fix this car.
Early February I went to rge dealership. I narrated my story to Manie and he didnt seem to be interested on the other things I had mentioned (ie the tyres, the oil etc) except for the fact that he will take the car for repairs to his own preferred place. Okay, that's fine. I appreciated that, I eventually brought the car for the repairs.
Early in March I had to pay for the braked pads and disks to be fixed. Again this month which is today, I experiencing the very same problems I had with the car and even worse. I took it to 2 different companies who told me the problem is the shocks and that the left control arm was fixed the other one was not as it seemed "new".
This whole experience has made me to not enjoy my car and actually hate the NISSAN brand in general especially on the days when I happen to drive pass your dealership. I get so disgusted because clearly you have a saleslady who does not care about customer satisfaction as long as she gets commission and push the sales. I feel ****** and taken advantage of as a female. Why did she not communicate all these faults to me when I was purchasing the car???.....because at the end of the day I was going to purchase a car and she would still get her salary and commission, that's if she was not going to convince me to buy an eveb worse vehicle than this. I don't trust you nor your services at all. I can't wait to get rid of this car. I actually think and have learnt out of this that rather purchase a car from its dealership. If I had bought this from Audi I believe I wouldn't have sold a reject car unaware of!
All I'm getting from Andiswa is a negative attitude. This is not how a business is run. Even a beggar has better ethics than this.
Randburg Nissan McCarthy has taught me a lesson and you guys are not going to get away with this. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have received.
I couldn't travel for Easter because I am sitting with a car that has problems. I even fear driving a long distance with it as I fear it would just brake down.
Manie and Marius I am bringing this to your attention to get this resolved and fix all these problems with this car and I have lost trust in communicating with your sales lady.
