Terrible service - No Jack and navigation card for over 3 months

Hi, I bought a car from the brand and after receiving a run around on the day of the collection. The car had no jack and the navigation card. The sales person said she had order both items, 3 months later I still don't have. I get no response from her when asking when I'm getting them. She gave me a broken jack when I was there for a car to be checked. I have picture of that that which I Whatsapped to her and no response. Spoken to the manager yesterday and I had to call to follow up. I believe we don't have to demand good service it must be offered. After sales service is key in keeping the customer, they haven't given anything to convince me to consider them when making my next purchase.
