Terrible service from Bidvest McCarthy Nissan Randburg

I went to buy spares at Bidvest McCarthy Nissan Randburg, on the 20/12/2019, and paid for them. I was told that in a day or two I will get a call to come and collect. As usual, nobody phoned me. So I phoned them a few days later, and the lady at Spares said that the spares are there. So me and my wife went this morning 27 Dec 2019, to fetch the spares, which I had already paid for. We had to wait around for about 20 minutes, and the lady came back and said, they dont know where our spares are. When I asked, when will I receive my spares that I paid for?, they said they just dont know.So I asked for the Dealer Principle or the Manager, they said there are no managers there. So after about 30 minutes of having no help, we had had to leave.The lady said that she will phone me, once they have found the spares. And guess what? up till now, nobody has phoned me back. So who knows, if I will ever get my spares, or if I will ever get my money back? So beware if you buy spares from these people, because they simply dont care about their customers.
