Nissan Key duplication/coding complaint

I towed my car to Nissan on the 29th of July 2019 to have a key made following my keys being ****** in a *******. When the car went in 2 Individual locksmiths had tried to clone a key for me and failed. when the car was with the Nissan Randburg they advised that the entire lockset of the car be changed and the new keys will be coded to the car. The dealer called to inform me that the keyset has been installed in the car and they are using an external locksmith to code the key. That attempt failed and their lock smith towed my car to his warehouse with the promise that he will bring the car back fixed. the car after about 2weeks returned to the dealer and still the keys had not been coded. The garage communicated that their machine detected that the BCM should be replaced. the part was ordered and I waited more than 2months for it to arrive. I lodged a complaint with NISSAN SA on the 30th of September 2019. The part arrived after my complaint and was installed in the car. The dealer sourced another locksmith to work on the car but still the keys haven't been coded. I have asked the dealer to give me my car and take their parts that they've replaced in the car when mine weren't Brocken and give me back the car. The dealer says I am liable for paying R15 500 for what they have done on the car regardless of the fact that it still not working. I am even billed for the locksmith that they have out sourced. I took the car to Nissan seeking a key it has been 5 months no keys but many part replacements. The dealer shows no concern and are just quiet with my car
