New car with lost of problems

I bought a brand new Nissan Magnite on the 25th November from the guy by the name Marek Klopotek we agreed on contract that as soon as I pay for my personalised registration I should forward him the partculars and he will register the vehicle I call him on the 13 decemeber 2022 to my dismay he blocked me and told me he will never register my car and the temp disc is expering on saturday is this the service we receive from a reputable company and unprofessional salesman? again my windows have bubbles which I took photo of after I took the vehicle from the floor, he said he will not fix it.
