Appalling service

My vehicle was involved in an accident and was taken there for Diagnostic and repairs on the 23rd of December 2021 and to date I have not received my vehicle they keep on telling me they are waiting for approval from the warranty but it's over a month now. I would not recommend this useless company to anyone.
