Quality Inspection

I bought my car from Bidvest McCarthy Audi Menlyn dealership a year couple of months now i was assisted by Mpho he was my sales person, i went to VW dealership to do my service on the vehicle only for them to pick up that my car radio system isn't properly fitted, Mpho and his Manager Pieter told me the isn't nothing i can do, i requested my quality check papers since i bought the car online they couldn't provide, i had issue even after buying the car as i was stopped by law enforcement because the car was still under the dealership and got a ticket for that, My disk was only done after 8 Months, i don't think a service that seemed to be of a high standard can turn out to be so poor from a big brand such as Audi i really need assistance.
