Poor Customer service

I bought demo car on the 27th September, when i collected the car, the spare keys,cigarette lighter, and goodie bags were not available, the sales person promised to deliver them sooner. Week passed i reach out to them ,I didn’t receive a response , 3 weeks later i noticed that the car disc and number plate didn’t match , I notified the sales person Mpho , he doesn’t respond, o escalate the matter to his manager Pieter Delange , he promised to get it sorted sooner . Till today 31st October i have not received my spare keys, cigarette lighter, goodie bag , car disc and correct number plate.
