Worst customer service

Good morning. I am highly unsatisfied with your dealerships services. Little over a year ago i got pulled over by JMPD for an expired license disc (which you guys failed to renew when i bought the car), so i got a ticket for it and you guys said you will take care of it. I gave you (Naldo) the document. And yesterday morning i got pulled over again, guess for what? Failed to pay a ticket. And the only outstanding ticket i have or got is the one i gave you (Naldo).
