After-sales service from Evan Corbett has been extremely disappointing.
We had a great experience buying our car from VW Silver Lakes, but the after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. We contacted Evan Corbett for a simple trade-in valuation. He said he would get back to us, but almost a month later we are still waiting. Our calls have been ignored, and we haven't even been referred to someone else who could assist. It's clear that once the commission is earned, customer service ends. Based on this experience, we will not be doing business with VW Silver Lakes again.
