Just want to emphasise on how seamless it is servicing your car with VW Silveroaks. From making first contact through telephone being greeted by friendly welcoming staff right through to being ushered in when dropping it off. The staff is always welcoming and customer orientated. Then there’s a Lauren Mason with her charms. Soon upon arriving my shuttle had been waiting. I was in and out of VW within 10-15 minutes of arriving. Koedos to the driver as well for his safe and punctual driving.
