VW Sliver oaks

Good day, I obtained a vehicle settlement on the 18 December 2020 to purchase a new car at VW silver oaks. I received the new car on the 23 of December and on the 28 December 2020 payment for my CHR went off. I reversed the payment as I already traded in my car on 23 December. The dealership only settle the amount on 28 December and not on 23 December when they took my vehicle in and I received the new vehicle. Now the bank handed me over to the lawyers for the outstanding interest balance
