Volkwagen ******!!!

horrible/heartless service from the service manager (Paul) and staff member (elsie),Took my car in for a major service at their branch, Car was working 100% and now my car is overheating and my air con does not work a day later, they claim it is a relay and its gonna cost me R12299, all they can do is offer a discount and will have it sorted!!!! like guys my car was in perfect condition and drove it to them with my Air con on and in a car that did not have overheating issues!!!im not money pit. they break your car in this branch and push the blame to the their customers!!!! terrible ,I should have known(shocked) DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE !!!! BE WARNED
