Very disappointed and not happy

Bought VW Polo TSI 7 months ago, 2 weeks ago I experienced a slow puncture I wanted to change the tyre and I didn't have lock nut and wheel spanner in my vehicle. I am based in North West and I was stuck. Went to VW silver Oaks yesterday and they tell me about investigation yet my tyre is down getting damaged day by day. Even today is down. Very disappointed.
