Shady Dealership

In 2023 I saw a nice car on the internet at Bidvest McCarthy Vw Silverton and come April 27th i went there with the current car i was driving to go make a trade in, all the process went smoothly, and the kilos of the car were under 50k km but come June 2023 i took the car to the nearest dealership in the province i stay in to book the car i bought for service and when i got there they checked on the system using the vin number and said that my car is not under service so i should call the dealership where i bought the car and i did that i called the service agent Jaco De Bryn about the service of the car and he told me its expired but the car was not yet on 50k km , and also they wrote on the adverti*****t of the that it has navigation system but when i got the car and check the navigator i found out that it had no SD card and when i call the agent and tell him , he gives me an attitude telling me that they said that navigation was exceptional so they ****** me of the SD card which was supposed to come with the car.
