Service Standards have Dropped

I Recently took my Car for a Service at VW McCarthy Silver Oaks Branch. The Service was not as special as it used to be, I was not offered team or coffee as the did in the past, there was no news paper for that day that was readily available for clients to read on.

The shuttle service was so slow to arrive I had to call an Uber and transport myself both to drop off my car and collect it.

My Car was only washed outside, inside it was dirty and did not feel like a car that had just been serviced.

The Service standards for this service garage have Definitely dropped and the Guys really need to do things differently to influence me to come back again to service my car with them.
