Poor Service Silver oaks vw mccarthy

Good Day

My name is Salome and I'm not happy with the service I got from Bidvest McCarthy vw silver oaks.

I bought an Audi and the sales person Aron was awesome he did give us a great service but the problem began when I had a problem with my car .

I believe they are just after sales then they done with you after they get their money. I bought my car 21 Dec 2021 it was a used car then on the 07th I started to have a problem with my car battery and I contacted Aron and he said they will check it for us,then I did take the car in and they said the battery is fine .then maybe after a day again had the same problem and I told him again about the problem and he told me that they don't replace batteries and I was upset that how can they sell a car to me if the battery is not in good condition because the battery didn't even last for 2 weeks and I'm told they can't replace it. I kept on driving with that battery giving me problems hoping they will change it for me but I never win. Then the car was due for service ,I took it to Audi and I just found out that the previous owner was skipping services and I was told the car is not in good condition and they had to fix a lot of things and I paid close to R9000 and they told me there's still parts that must be fixed ,

I went back to silveroaks and Aron gave me his managers details Mr Vaughn Pretorius and I explained to him that this is what I encountered and he was not helpful at all ,he just told me the car was serviced and I told him that the Audi centre that I went to they will not lie to me and say the car is not in good condition while it is .and I explained the battery story because I now had to buy a new battery for myself and still he didn't care .I told him that I want my refund of the money that I bought the battery he didn't even bother to reply to my email I'm not Happy at all ,all they care about is their sales they not even helpful when you have a problem with your car and mind you I have a 2 year warranty with them .POOR Service
