Terrible (zero) customer service

If I could give a negative star here I would.

Avoid them at all costs if customer service is in any way important to you.

Have been struggling for weeks now to simply get my bank account details edited for the debit order to be deducted correctly.

Simply ZERO response out of them even after multiple follows ups.

Terrible terrible "customer service" - putting customer service in inverted commas because clearly there is simply no customer service at all!

Rather try out other service providers, have never had these issues with other popular ones. It's the first vehicle I have used their services for and most certainly the last. Imagine trying to get them to actually locate your car if it's ****** if they can't even get back on simple, basic, admin customer service requests.
