Terrible, Disgusting and Horrible service

Very disgusting service!! I am definitely canceling this useless tracker. Their agents are very rude and don’t know how to speak to their customers. Bidtrack should provide customer service training to their employees. Especially the agent called Pinky. You send them countless emails they don’t answer. I was once on a situation where I had to press the panic button and they called me after 15min or so…like honestly work on your service, it’s really disgusting 🤮
