Stay away from bidtrack, even if VW is giving it yo you, please fight say no to it to avoid problems. As for me I'm staying away from both of them.

Bidtrack is terrible, please don't ever go there. My car came with it from VW and I was definitely gonna change it if my car never got lost. People please stay I away from bidtrack, firstly it's ridiculously expensive and there is a lot goibg on there, you never get help with anything.

I lost my car and phoned them within a space of 2 minutes but they failed to recover. My male friends found it using a lead from the app, we phoned bidtrack and the police but no one came. When I phoned them that's when I got to know that they found the device. Still today no one phoned me to say they found the device and where exactly they found it. Because if they found it where the tracker was disconnected they would have recovered the car since my friends saw the car around that place, where exactly were they looking?
