Refund being Held Back for no reason

Hello Peter,

I recently (last month -July2019) cancelled my car tracker policy with BIDTRACK and subsequently requested a refund since the policy was paid for upfront (24months and only 4 months used). They agreed to pay the money back (prorated) via telephone but i still havent received the money. Everytime i call in to enquire about a value date I'm given the run around. I'm extremely disappointed with the treatment I'm receiving.
