Poor service

I wouldn't advice anyone to use car bidtrack, they are very quick to call when you have violated the car park alert but come the time of an emergency you won't get the desired service. I was hijacked on the 6th of August 2023, i had to be the one calling them numerous times to find out the whereabout of my car, there wasn't any communication on they side. In less then 15 mins post the hi jacking they couldn't locate my car, mind you no one was communicating with me till the following day. I didn't feel assisted by bidtrack i think it's better being without a tracker then hoping bidtrack might assist in the case of any emergency. I only received a call 3 days later after my car was recovered and not by bidtrack saying they want to re install the tracking device. Canceling them is also another mission impossible.
