Poor communication

I have been a loyal customer for over 5years. In the start they called me when I was nearing a border. Now nothing. Battery disconnected they called. Now nothing. They take very long to call when Park alert is violated. Then the Supervisor gets attitude to say I am open to complain in Hello Peter if I must... This is poor service from them and I requested to speak to management many times now but without avail. I think to switch tracking companies.
