Panic button

I've been wronged by bidtrack,their panic button is not working and they're telling me that they cannot send a technician to me I must bring the car to them,I want to cancel the contract with them because I see no reason to pay something that is not useful to me and they don't want to cancel the contract now I feel like they taking advantage of me and my frustration is they won't be able to get backy car if something happens
