Fed up

So dissapointed on this car tracking company, my car came out of the dealership with their tracker, last year in 2018, they were sending sms's that they can't pick up my car on their system n after few months they send their technician to change it, since the beginning of 2019 I have also received more than 10 sms's saying they can't pick up my car. If I phoned their customer service they asked me if my car is park in an underground parking and I always tell them that it's parked in an open parking. Its clear that even if my car can be ****** they won't find it if they can't trace it in an open parking I hate this tracking system and I encourage anyone not to opt for it
