Dedicted incorrect money for the second month

2nd month Bidtrack dedicated more money as per my agreement with them. When I phone in they say it's for the installation they did. "But they took that money already a year ago when I got my vehicle" After sorting this out last month that took almost 2 weeks with poor feedback I reversed the money. Now again this month. Bidtrack this is not on.
