Bidtrack referred me to Audio Secure in Pinetown located at 125 Josiah Gumede Rd to have a tracker fitted on my vehicle

Bidtrack referred me to Audio Secure in Pinetown located at 125 Josiah Gumede Rd to have a tracker fitted on my vehicle. The technicians cut the wire that made my car display the engine light on the dashboard and the climate control buttons stopped functioning, the aircon not working. When i brought it back to Audio Secure, they were unable to fix the issue so they asked me to take the car to the dealership. The dealership took it to the service center for diagnosis and they requested the technician come to remove the tracker so they can try to determine the source of the problem. It was then discovered the technician had cut the wire that is connected to the systems responsible for all of the aforementioned problems arised. I am genuinely angry and disappointed by this situation and with Bidtrack because it has left me without the car since the dealership has ordered another wire to repair the damage caused. It has been three weeks now.
