Bidtrack, no emergency phones work and the app does not work

I put a Bidtrack tracking device in my new Toyota Hilux LEGEND 2023. The tacking app that they download on my phone does not work. If they stole or hijack me, I can phone the emergency number but that does not work. I did report it in the past and they say it's the load shedding????? But they work on it. I think they must cancel my tracking device and remove the device for free, they don't keep there side of the contract. What is the use of paying for the device but nothing works. I phone but nothing helps
