Bidtrack is expensive for NOTHING!!!

Bidtrack charges R308 per month to have their tracker. On Monday 08-05-2022, I got an sms around 20:39 saying I must contact Reijo, because they could not pick up the tracker’s signal. I checked their app and saw that the tracker had last sent a signal at 06:53 when I got to work. I then proceeded to call them, and the lady told me that the technical people responsible for fixing any problems with the trackers only work from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, so she will escalate the matter and send an email for one of the technicians to contact me the next day. Please bear in mind that i drives high risk vehicle, a 2019 VW Polo, and although I live in a relatively quiet town, I am originally from Pretoria and do travel there often. This is the information I conveyed to the second person I talked when I called them again because NO ONE had called me to assist.

Bidtrack is one of the most expensive trackers out there and from time to time I have experienced instances where I put the car lock in. Start the car. And no alerts are picked up. No one calls. I never missed not a single payment and yet when it’s time for them to deliver they take their sweet time.

Would definitely NOT advice anyone to use it and I am definitely changing my car’s tracker!!
