Bad service from bidtrack

I have been calling and emailing bidtrack for fixing my tracking device,no reply it's almost 6 months My insurance amount is higher because the device is not working,I'm not covered for any loss of valuable things,when there is broken into my car.please can someone just come and fix my device I am very very disappointed in bidtrack would not recommend it to no one
