Bad Service!!!!!!!!

Its such a disappoint for a big company to be offering bad service while there is payment involved.

I Took a tracker with BidTrack, every time when they test the unit it show wrong location, when you call to enquire about the issue they forward your calls to different department and no one seems to be helping. it is so annoying :(
