Bad customer service

They never called to inform me that my car is at a danger zone, next thing they asking me about the parking alert Wich we never agreed upon on.

I'm the one whose supposed to call and ask for feedback, it's more than 24 hours I haven't heard from them, they never went to the spot where the actual tracking device was because I was there nd they were telling me stories.

They never hesitate to deduct money from my account on the agreement date
