Your agents treat your customers as if they are paying us a salary
I placed a bid on bid/buy I placed a bid on an item and I got the following email from them: You placed an automatic bid limit up to a maximum of R1,170.00. The system will bid on your behalf to ensure you remain the leading bidder up to the point that you reach your maximum automatic bid limit. I then sent them an email: CAN YOU PLEASE NOT LET YOUR SYSTEM BID ON MY BEHALF, as I would like to be in charge of my own bidding, the system does not know what amount I can budget on or what amount I am comfortable with so how can you allow your system to bid on my behalf, can you please just stop this action whereby the system bids on my behalf immediately, if another bid is put in I will decide if I want to bid further, that decision is not up to you, and you should not be forcing it on your customers, now please stop the system from bidding on my behalf , Ntombi Shabangu called me, with no sense of customer ethics at all, she insisted that I placed an automatic bid on my bidding, I told her I have used this bidding system before and bidorbuy has never had this ridiculous feature before and I am not an idiot as I would not have placed an automatic bid, she continued arguing with me to such a point that I had to put the phone down on her, I cant believe that you allow your agents to treat your customers this way, it is pathetic the way she argued with me and did not even try to solve the issue in a respectful way, you really should look into how your agents deal with your customers and this new automatic bidding is ridiculous, relook at this because as I have mentioned thta my bidding decision is up to me not you, if this is a way for you to make money it is rather pathetic along with your staff members who treat your customers as if they are paying me a salary
