YHV-***2

I am still awaiting feedback from BidorBuy. This is the worst possible customer service and I have no idea why they advertise the buyer protection act. I have phoned and email support and there is a person (name will remain anonymous) who handles any serious complaints or problems. The refund was requested after a Seller sold products, which he did not have stock of. (False advertising). The Seller has publicly slandered my name. Ticket YHV-***2 was opened 2020/07/01 till this date 2020/08/17. I still have not received my refund. I have asked support for a postal address to submit small claims court letter and no one will give that info. I want to warn people about the support on BidorBuy.
