***y seller- pathetic service

<p>It just want to express the pathetic service that I have received as a forewarning to other not to make the same mistake as I have. I puchased a product for R109.00 from Jen Vorster, ***y seller on the 06 November 2016 and have not received it to date. I even went the extra mile of paying her for shipping which she offered on the site for R119.95, clearly indicating I am from Durban with all my residential details up to the postal code, the seller it in Johannesburg. Yet everytime I call the post office or track the parcel I am told it was delivered to guateng as the end destination. I am havemailing tried repeatedly to ask the seller for assistance but she is not of much help, after explain quiet elaboratory what is going on, yet she has received my payment. I am very upset by the fact that I just had to shell out this money and receive nothing in return. Please think twice before engaging this seller, I have not even been accommodated a refund!</p>
