Worthless Buyer Protection Programme

Item ordered and paid for was never delivered. Bid or Buy has a so called "Buyer Protection Programme" which states: "You're covered up to 100% in the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your purchase on bidorbuy. We will protect you if a seller does not send you the item you purchased or if the item is materially different to what was advertised." Bid or Buy claims that the item was sent to a courier who claims that it was not able to deliver for reasons unknown. Thus Bid or Buy says the item was "sent" even though it never arrived. This is a useless guarantee.
