Worst online shopping experience ever

Purchased an item on 1 June via card and miles. Tried contacting them, sent mails, opened complaint tickets But all in vein. A week ago the refunded my miles-without notice. I am still waiting to get refunded my card portion which was 95% of the purchase price. I have followed up with them on this but you just do not get any response. This is honestly the worst online purchase experience I have had. In future I will not make use of them-ever again
