Worst online seller

<p>My product took forever to arrive and when it arrived, its broken@!!!The seller wants me to send it back so that she can inspect it. wow, its broken!!! Online shopping should be peace of mind and hassle free. I don't want any effort like going to the post office and send back damage goods and spend more money. Their Shipping cost is expensive. </p>
