Worst company ever!! Will never use them again

<p>I used bid or buy for the first time to purchase an item... I then was not able to Pay for the item after loosing my job... </p> <p>I now have a negative rating for non payment. Well hello there was no agreement to pay in the first place. </p> <p> </p> <p>A. How do I resolve this amicably as they state, when upon explanation of my situation they gaver another negative rating. </p> <p>B. Who gives anyone the right to assume that they can just rate people negatively without a formal agreement?? </p> <p> </p> <p>This seems like a lot of nonsense. </p>
