waiting 2 months to receive my order!!!

I placed my order on 27 November 2015 for headphones, I wanted 24 working days as required on website. on the 24th day I called to enquire about my order and was told it takes 32 working days to receive my order. after 32 working days I sent numerous emails enquiring about my order and then was told that it was never ordered and was never informed by bidorbuy about this. I was then told it was a error on their side and was given the option to order it again and it will take 6-8 working days to receive it. it has been 11 working days and I am still waiting. so in total I have been waiting nearly 2 months for my order. I find this service very pathetic seeing that I have already paid for a product I am yet to receive. Clearly complaining to bidorbuy and lotsmore is a waste of my time I had no choice but to complain to hello peter.
