Waited 2 months for incomplete order

I bought 15 carbs in 2 orders from a seller: racer gadgets, order:*** and ***<br> <br> After paying almost an extra R700 in customs, we opened the parcels at our offices. 2 parcels, with the weight corresponding on parcels, but with missing content. We received 5 x gx160 and 5 x gx390 carbs, with 5 carbs missing and 5 gaskets missing too. Upon reporting it to bidorbuy with photos indicating actual evidence, the buyer made us out as liers. <br> <br> he has an alternative contact nr, but did not contact us on that nr. neither. In stead he want to badmouth us in stead of assisting/refunding us. We could have bought the same items locally, cheaper than the total we eventually paid. Why wait almost 2 montyhs just to receive incomplete shipments of inferior standards??<br> <br> The seller claims one saves 45% , but once you pay customs, you do not save anything<br> <br> rather buy from Amazon and you will have peace of mind at a lower price<br> <br> I reported this to bidorbuy, but no resolutions yet.<br> <br> What kind of service is this??<br> <br> If anyone needs proof, I took numerous pictures under a cctv recorded environment
