Very poor service from Bobshop

Bought an item through Bobshop. The seller send me a quote after I paid Bobshop, asking for more money. Seller does not answer my emails. Bobshop customer care never answer their phone, does not check their online tickets and when you get hold of an agent, then they promise to send a email to the seller and cc me in the email, which never happened.
