Very poor service

I had ordered 2 hoverboards through them from a seller. I did not received anything till now from the seller as well as Bidorbuy. I had send several e mails to Bidorbuy to ask my money back as they responsible if people advertise on their platform is *******. No respond from Bidorbuy. I demand my money back on order no: ***7. Bidorbuy very fast to respond if a buyer do not pay in time, but slow in feedback if you not get your orders. Poor Service.
