Very bad service from bidorbuy

So time ago I placed an item for sale on bidorbuy. So item got sold outside bitorbuy, so just as I wanted to remove item from bidorbuy, a buyer accepted the offer. So I let the buyer know that unfortunately the Item was already sold and he accepted, but I could not find a way to delete item from bidorbuy. After numerous attempts om emails and so forth to bidorbuy to remove item for me, the say they could not help and that I owe bidorbuy money for the sale. I tried to explain to bidorbuy that I can not pay money for a sale that never happened, but the refuse to help me and claim the money from me. This is utterly poor service from bidorbuy,they are very desperate for money and I see this as ********** from their side. I wont recommend bidorbuy to anyone. Bad bad bad!!!
